Initial Evaluation

Your first appointment is a private 75-minute session in your home. Amy will take a thorough history, assess how your pelvic floor is functioning, and work with you to build a personalized treatment plan. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what's happening in your body, a home exercise program, and a plan for next steps.

Follow up Treatments

Each follow-up session is 60 minutes. The number of sessions recommended will vary by person and will be discussed fully during your Initial Evaluation — there's no one-size-fits-all answer, and Amy will always be transparent about what she thinks you need and why.

Packages

For those committed to making lasting change, packages offer a structured path forward at a better value than individual sessions.

Packages are designed to support you through a full course of care — whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or working through a specific condition that benefits from consistent, progressive treatment. Amy will recommend a package during your Initial Evaluation based on your goals and the level of support she thinks will serve you best.

Telehealth

Can't do an in-home visit right now? Telehealth sessions are available to anyone living in the State of Georgia.

Virtual sessions are a great option for follow-up appointments, home exercise program reviews, education and habit coaching, and ongoing support when an in-person visit isn't possible. While some hands-on techniques require an in-person session, telehealth can still be highly effective — and it means your care doesn't have to stop when life gets in the way.

Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Reach out to discuss whether telehealth is the right fit for where you are in your care.
